• fireplace is for looking at only. It is not to be used. 

• kitchen table seats 8 and the kitchen island seats 5 

• high speed WiFi throughout the cottage. 

• 4k -smart tvs 

• electric four person golf cart is included for use during the week 

  • golf cart is available end of May until the middle of October. 

• Molecule brand sheets 

• Linens are provided 

  • beds are premade with sheets prior to your arrival 

  • some pool/beach towels

• Check in time - 3:00pm

• Check out time - 10:00 am 

• Parking: There are two parking spaces right in front of the cottage. Plus room for the golf cart 

• There is a $250 cleaning fee added to every reservation. 

• Renters need to bring everything consumable. 

  • Example- toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. 

  • Consumable items provided: 

  • Cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags 

• No smoking at the cottage
